I've been fixing my phone here for 5 years and I must say the service is amazing and the people are so nice to interact with always in a cheerful mood, but I can't seem to wrap my head around the bad reviews on here and to be honest I don't really know why there's all this negativity around the shop with such amazing services and enthusiastic workers maybe some people just can't see other people win.

I had the screen on my iphone 6 repaired for $90 and less than a week later it dropped off my caravan a-frame onto my driveway (about 18 inches at most) and the screen just shattered from end to end. I have had screens crack before but this was shattered. On looking closely I could see the screen was very thin and I'm guessing nothing like the toughened glass the iphone comes with. Like others when I went back I was told it was not their fault as their screens were very tough (demonstrated by tapping on one with a small screwdriver). My advice is don't go near these guys. By the way the center management of @lakesidejoondalup were very offhand and said they were not experts in phone repair and I should contact consumer affairs. I guess that's true but their customer service was also very poor.

Try few shops to put the screen protector, never have the good quality like that!! Other shops charge me $99! This guy only $68! Cheapest and very very very good feeling on the screen protector! I am so happy to recommend them to all my friends

Very helpful in replacing battery in my phone.I contacted them on Thursday and they had my battery on Saturday with Good Friday in-between. Another dealer claimed two weeks before battery arrival. One hour wait and battery installed. Good service!
